The Joiners Heart is step-free and wheelchair accessible via a ramp.

We have a wheelchair accessible toilet and two ambulant toilets.

Both ambulant toilets and the wheelchair accessible toilet have pull down rails.

All toilets are all genders.

Our wheelchair-accessible toilet doesn't have a radar key at the moment and can only be used with a regular lock.

Our wheelchair accessible toilet has a pull alarm cord.

We have an accessible bar to order from.

Doors are not power-assisted (yet).

We won't use strobes, flashing lights or haze.

There is currently no cloakroom in the venue.

We sell products containing peanuts in the venue and allow people to bring in food, so we can’t guarantee a nut free space at this time.

Please contact us via general.manager@joinersheart.com if you have questions.

We’re still in the process of building the space and so features will change and improve - please send any feedback!
