The Joiners Heart is step-free and wheelchair accessible via a ramp.

We have a wheelchair accessible toilet and two ambulant toilets.

Both ambulant toilets and the wheelchair accessible toilet have pull down rails.

All toilets are all genders.

Our wheelchair-accessible toilet doesn't have a radar key at the moment and can only be used with a regular lock.

Our wheelchair accessible toilet has a pull alarm cord.

We have an accessible bar to order from.

Doors are not power-assisted (yet).

We won't use strobes, flashing lights or haze.

There is currently no cloakroom in the venue.
